The hotel provides a comfortable sleep experience.

I dealt with a lot of issues. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. The handicapped chair for the pool was out of order, which led to a stressful situation for my son. To top it all off, at checkout, I was charged without my permission for a room that was supposedly unpaid.

Everything is really good here, had a really nice stay on a business trip. The employees are excellent and very friendly. The setting is particularly good, it's just next door to Flatonia for business and Subway and two restaurants...

The room was spotless & delightful, there was an exceptionally comfortable bed. A great selection of food for breakfast, everything was excellent.

Inconsistencies in room cleanliness left a bad impression!!! Slow response times from the front desk made check-in painful!!! Dated decor throughout the hotel gives off a lack of fresh appeal!!!

Perfect for a quick getaway

The staff really made a difference, I was kind of blown away by how accommodating they were when we had an issue. The breakfast set-up was not just standard, they had some good options, made the start of our day smoother.

It was a bit on the pricier side but honestly, considering the experience, I felt it was alright.

The shower was super spacious and made for a comfortable experience, while I particularly enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub after a long day. The outdoor pool was an awesome spot to chill out as well. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, but it was still a nice start to the morning. 😊

The breakfast was a real treat with hot options and those Texas-shaped waffles. My room had super comfy beds, tv, and premium channels. Everything was clean and spacious. Parking was easy, and the staff was quick to help with my requests. Wi-Fi was decent too for browsing!

The best western plus had a fantastic hot tub and outdoor pool, made for a great way to relax. We also loved having access to a fully equipped fitness center for a vigorous workout. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plus, it was conveniently located near a grocery store!

We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the breakfast, especially those Texas-shaped waffles. The location was great for visiting the local baseball park for a game. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend this spot for a group getaway!

Great comfy beds and helpful staff, but the TV issue was frustrating.

The hotel cleanliness impressed me right away. My room felt fresh, and it was quiet, giving me a sense of safety. The staff made an effort to help, especially Adam at the front desk, who set me up with a great room and even assisted in signing up for the rewards program. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming though, lacking variety and it felt unappetizing. I noticed the same greasy sausage every day. I think they could really benefit from exploring better options for breakfast. The shower in my room also needed attention. Even though the restroom arrangement was nice for accessibility, the water pressure wasn't the best.

The room was spacious and equipped with a comfortable bed and an excellent AC system. The microwave and mini fridge worked perfectly. The hotel's location was quite favorable, with a McDonald's and a Subway within walking distance and easy access from I-10.

Plenty of great meal options around here! 🍔 Plus, you've got Subway, McDonalds, a corner store, and two restaurants nearby. the location is super convenient just off I10.
